Award Winning Poet Jason Koo to Read on Campus

Come out to hear award-winning poet Jason Koo, the final event in the Fall 2024 Cardin Reading Series!

Mr. Koo will read from his work, followed by a Q&A. The event will take place on Wednesday, Dec. 4, at 1 p.m., in The Greenberg Center in Harry Jack Gray. 

Jason Koo is a second-generation Korean American poet, educator, editor, and nonprofit director. He is the author of four full-length collections of poetry including No Rest (Diode Editions, 2024), a winner of the Diode Editions Book Contest, and More Than Mere Light (Prelude Books, 2018), a finalist for the National Poetry Series. Jason’s work has been published in Best American Poetry 2022, Missouri Review, Village Voice, and The Yale Review, among other places. He has won fellowships from the National Endowment for the Arts, Vermont Studio Center, and New York State Writers Institute.
